Frankcrum Adds Three Executives To C-suite
FrankCrum has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of a chief operating officer, chief product and marketing officer, and chief information security officer.
Anna Holder was promoted to COO, adding oversight of payroll and project management teams to her existing responsibilities across client experience and benefits. The company said Holder helped accelerate onboarding by 30% and contributed to a client retention rate of 91%.
FrankCrum also appointed Jody Haneke as chief product and marketing officer, a newly created role focused on product strategy, development, and marketing. Haneke founded Haneke Design, a Tampa-based user experience and digital product agency that FrankCrum acquired earlier this month.
In addition, Michael Webb joined as chief information security officer and senior vice president of IT operations, overseeing enterprise cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and business continuity efforts.
The appointments come as the Florida-based professional employer organization seeks to support organic growth through investments in operations, technology, and product development.
