Healthcare Regulatory Manager
Supporting the organization's healthcare regulatory compliance efforts, the full-time Healthcare Regulatory & Governance Manager will evaluate operational impacts of regulatory requirements, manage compliance documentation, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day healthcare regulatory compliance activities and evaluate operational impacts of regulatory requirements Oversee the lifecycle management of policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new state expansion and ensure regulatory readiness for operational alignment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related healthcare operations roles Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations and payer requirements, preferably in home-based care settings Experience with healthcare policy management and compliance documentation programs Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
