Cmls Unveils New 2026 Board, Names Nicole Jensen Chair

The Council of Multiple Listing Services’ (CMLS) has announced its board of directors for 2026. 

On Friday, the MLS trade association announced that the chair of the 2026 board is Nicole Jensen, the CEO of realMLS, replacing John DiMichele, the CEO of Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, who will remain on the board as the past chair. The vice chair is Justin Haag, the CEO of Northwest MLS and Jeff Bosch, the CEO of IRES LLC, will serve as the secretary and treasurer. 

The remaining board members include Brad Bjelke, the CEO of UtahRealEstate.com; Chris Carrillo, the CEO of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems; Art Carter, the CEO of California Regional MLS; Matt Consalvo, the CEO of Arizona Regional MLS; Shayne Fairley, the COO of Stellar MLS; Richard Haggerty, the CEO of OneKey MLS; Chris Haran, the managing director and chief technology officer of Midwest Real Estate Data; Jerry Legrand, the CTO of APEX MLS; Shelley Specchio, the CEO of MIBOR Broker Listing Cooperative; and Rob Wagoner the senior vice president and MLS director of Heartland MLS. 

Fairley and Legrand were both newly elected to serve four-year terms on the board, while Bjelke, Bosch, Specchio and Wagoner were re-elected to serve new four-year terms. Carter was appointed to fill a vacancy and complete the remaining term.

The work we’ve done to strengthen the MLS, build clearer frameworks and elevate our voice has set a strong foundation. This group is prepared to carry that work forward and ensure CMLS remains a steady partner for our members and a trusted force for the marketplace and the professionals who rely on it.”

The board is elected by CMLS’ general membership, while the sitting board elects officers.

According to CMLS, the 2026 board will have a “strategic focus on policy, collaboration, and creating frameworks that empower MLSs to evolve with confidence.”
