SRI Management grows with Florida acquisition

SRI Management announced it has added The Glen at Ocala to its portfolio.

The community features assisted living and memory care supported by independent living villas, a press release states.

“The Glen at Ocala is a beautiful reflection of the principles we value most at SRI Management of care, connection and hospitality. It offers the kind of environment where residents can really thrive, and we’re proud to have it in the SRI Management family,” SRI Management President Todd Filippone said in the release.

Berkadia completes sale in Atlanta metro

Berkadia announced its involvement in the sale of Benton House Decatur, a 73-unit assisted living and memory care community in Decatur, Georgia, near the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The community was purchased on Dec. 1 by “a long-time owner of senior living communities,” a press release states.

The community will be managed by Phoenix Senior Living and rebranded to The Retreat at Decatur.

Partnerships

FellowshipLife and Unidine announce partnership

FellowshipLife announced it has expanded its partnership with CCL Hospitality Group and Unidine.

Through the partnership, CCL Hospitality Group and Unidine will “cover FellowshipLife’s five communities in Basking Ridge, Freehold, Hackettstown, Whiting and Woodstown in New Jersey,” as the nonprofit continues to grow, according to a press release.

“As we continue to grow FellowshipLife across New Jersey and beyond, we must meet older adults where they are and what they’re looking for post-retirement,” Brian Lawrence, president and CEO of FellowshipLIFE, said in the release. “Today, they’re focused on well-being and wellness, and we want to create environments where they can achieve that.”

Cooper Wellness Strategies, Buckner Retirement Services expand partnership

Cooper Wellness Strategies, a Cooper Aerobics company, expanded its partnership with Buckner Retirement Services, Inc. to provide programming at The Stayton at Museum Way by Buckner.

Beginning Jan. 2, 2026, Cooper will offer wellness programming to around 300 residents, manage the on-site wellness center and lead ongoing wellness initiatives and education for the residents, a press release states.

The expanded partnership highlights the collaboration between the two companies, as Cooper Aerobics has managed the fitness center and wellness programming at Ventana by Buckner since it opened in 2019, the release states.
