Ex Boyfriend's Dad Is Sueing Me Over A Discord Server Is This Real

Context: him and his dad have an idea for a comic book company and have been trying to jump start it for years now. I was the artist and social media manager. I made the discord, Twitter and Gmail. I quit because of work conditions and I dated the son and it went awful (he is very perverted). He messaged my boyfriend and asked me to give him ownership of the server, blah blah. I gave him perms, he wanted more, I didnt want to erase my involvement bc I helped with character design and I own the Gmail and such. Now he's talking about copyright and stuff. Yes I know these people irl, we live in the same town. Here's texted me and said I had to delete the server or make him owner because it had "comic book stuff" in it. And his dad has copyright. I really wanted to be rude and ask "of what. The descriptions??" Because I did the art, the only art they had looked like it was drawn by a toddler. (Sorry im kinda upset abt this) I do not want their character designs I do not want their story. I just want to own the server I made, modded, added bots too and promoted

Btw yes I do feel stupid for even asking this, he"s also telling me to send physical proof that the sever is gone

UPDATE: I screenshotted all my involvement and deleted the server, im sending him the proof rn (a screenshot of my server list) turns out I also helped with the name of the company which I didnt really remember but im not even gonna bring this up too him
