My Apartment Complex Is Trying To Impose A Community-wide Curfew. Is This Legal?

Here is a copy of the email we got:

Dear Residents,

We hope you are doing well. We are writing to inform you of new community safety measures that will take effect immediately.

Curfew Hours: A community-wide curfew will now be in place from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. During these hours, all residents are asked to remain indoors. Please note that all outdoor gatherings or activities are prohibited during curfew hours.

On-Site Safety Monitoring: We are also pleased to share that a Spartan security officer will now be on-site to help monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Their presence is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure and comfortable living environment for everyone.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these measures for the benefit of our entire community. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact management.
