My Daughter Told Me That There Is A Camera In Her Bedroom At Her Dad's House

My daughter's father and I have joint legal custody, however he has primary physical custody right now, so she mainly lives with her dad and stepmom. I get weekend/holiday visitation. There's been a really nasty custody case, and there are some very questionable things going on, but I ran out of money and ended up settling in mediation. I am saving up to take them to court to get her back next year. If you would like more details on the whole thing I am happy to provide more info (it's truly absurd and would have been an easy win if I had had the money to move forward with a trial), however that is not the point of this post.
My daughter is with me this weekend, and she just told me that there is a camera in her bedroom at her dad's house. She is ten and starting to develop. I am very concerned about her privacy. What are the legal implications to this, and what action might I be able to take?
