Boss Might Be Discriminating And Scamming His Workers

Not too sure if that’s the right flair for this situation but I’ve posted here before about the same boss(you can check my previous post if you like). The most important things are that my boss has been trying to make us work while we are clocked in to our lunch—which we HAVE to clock an hour or we (the worker) get in trouble—and I’m starting to realize he might be discriminating against me. I’m one of two women that currently work at this job. We recently had someone from a different part of the company visit us on higherups orders. While this person was here I was late for the very first time since starting, exactly three minutes late. I clocked in a minute later. I was pulled aside by my boss after everyone left to our second location and told that if someone was late they were taking them off the schedule. Fine, that’s understandable. Yesterday I was unable to make it to our first work location and had let him know the previous night that I would be unable to attend this meeting—I was told I would be taken off the schedule entirely. Fine, harsh but still understandable. Today I was the ONLY person who showed up to the meeting. One had called last second to say something happened to their car and that they couldn’t show up, understandable. The second person HE LITERALLY CALLED PERSONALLY and said that they’ve been having this issue since he was hired—the guy was still in bed asleep. All he said was he doesn’t understand how he thinks he could make it while still in bed when the meeting is supposed to start and then wrapped up the convo. BOTH of them were allowed to work today, the second guy was even late for his scheduled time AGAIN.

I guess what I’m asking is this just him being a bad boss or is this considered illegal work practices and discrimination? I’m thinking of quitting but I want to make a report if this stuff is worth reporting in Oregon because nobody should have to work under someone like this.
