Recorded An Incident Of Interpersonal Conflict At My Workplace Without The Other Party Knowing. Is It Possible I Could Get In Trouble For This?

I’m a municipal employee in Texas. Have been dealing with a disgruntled coworker over an issue I’ve tried to address one-on-one for a couple weeks a few times to no avail. Not exactly sure what started the issue and have asked them to communicate with me what I’ve done wrong so I can address it, but there’s a lot of stonewalling/gaslighting/etc. and I’m still not sure what started it. Specifically, they are acting aggressive towards me in general and more importantly, actively interfering with my job duties (not delivering my mail, intentionally making me miss phone calls, etc.). They will be nasty when it’s just the admin staff around (I am admin), but behave very differently when leadership is around. They had an outburst today and I felt like my boss wouldn’t believe me unless I recorded it. I feel like I can trust her (my boss) and shared this recording with her today. However, she asked me to send it to her work phone, which I have never done in the nearly 3 years I’ve been there. Her asking me to share it to her work phone vs. her personal number (which I send messages to pretty frequently) is making me feel a little uneasy. I told her I would delete the recording if it was inappropriate, but really wanted her to hear what is happening when she’s not around and didn’t know how else to do that in the moment since she wasn’t there when the outburst happened. Could I get in trouble for this/potentially fired?
