In This Miami Tower, Your $5m Supercar Gets Treated Better Than You
- Pagani’s Miami tower offers 70 apartments starting at $3.7 million.
- Auto Privata concierge service includes maintenance and detailing.
- Residents get monthly car reports, valet, and climate storage plans.
Pagani is known for its craftsmanship and obsession with detail, but now that same philosophy is being applied to something far larger than a hypercar. Last year, the Italian marque announced it was stepping into the world of property development with its own 30-story residential tower in Florida, fittingly named the Pagani Residences. Now, more details have emerged about what exactly comes with the keys.

Working alongside Prestige Imports, one of the country’s largest exotic car retailers, Pagani is introducing Auto Privata. This resident-only concierge service is designed to ensure that every vehicle in the building’s private garage is properly cared for, maintained, and ready to drive at a moment’s notice.
What Comes with the Keys?
Through the Pagani Residences app, owners will have access to a suite of automotive services including valet parking, monthly condition reports, and streamlined maintenance scheduling. The system also connects directly to concierge support.
For more involved needs, residents can subscribe to services such as climate-controlled storage, professional detailing and restoration, and enclosed vehicle transport to and from any location in the country.
For those looking to expand their collections, Auto Privata will help source rare and off-market cars. And considering many buyers will be business owners with limited free time, the program includes administrative help with vehicle registrations, tag renewals, and insurance logistics.
“Miami is one of the world’s greatest stages for automotive culture—and for true collectors, it’s not just about owning the car. It’s about how you live with it,” Prestige Imports chief executive Brett David said.
“This partnership brings our philosophy directly into the home. Whether it’s preparing a car for a Sunday drive or sourcing a one-off from across the globe, our goal is to make every moment with these automobiles effortless and unforgettable.”
The Cost of Entry
The Pagani Residences has 70 apartments, including two duplex penthouses, all with corner views. Just like owning a car with the Pagani badge is pricey, owning one of these apartments won’t be cheap. Indeed, pricing begins at $3.7 million.
The building’s architecture is being handled by Miami-based Revuelta Architecture, responsible for the exterior and finishes. Inside, Pagani’s new design studio, Pagani Arte, will oversee the interiors. The materials list reads like a spec sheet: carbon fiber, aluminum, titanium, and the same premium leather, wood, textiles, and marble found in Pagani’s cars will be used throughout the living spaces.
