Lamborghini And Silver Cross Collaborate On Stroller

Champagne wishes, caviar dreams, gilded toilets, and a stroller made by a world-renowned supercar manufacturer — America: what a country! And what a collaboration, as Automobili Lamborghini and Silver Cross introduce Reef AL Giallo, a luxury stroller for parents who have an insatiable need to pull up to other kids and ask, “Pardon me, would you have any Grey Poupon?”

Designed by Lamborghini’s top-notch engineers, the stroller includes “angular forms, faceted surfaces and a dynamic stance,” which sounds exactly what every growing family needs. Combine those characteristics with high-gloss polycarbonate components and I don’t see how anyone could ever live without a stroller like this. You mean there are parents who use other strollers that don’t have Lamborghini’s “distinctive Y-pattern detailing?” Fake news! How do they survive? 

Imagine fighting a squirrely child to put him or her into a mainstream stroller like normal people? Not good enough! Those crumbs of sweet potato veggie puffs shouldn’t clash with anything less than performance suede, premium leather, and the iconic Lamborghini logo emblazoned throughout. I know when I attempt to feed my son his smoothie, I have an internal longing that he is sitting in a stroller made by a supercar manufacturer instead of the highly rated (per Consumer Reports), easy-to-store, and durable Graco that my wife and I have.    

Of course, Lamborghini is known for supercars that are agile, quick, and provide thrills at every moment. This new stroller is also agile, looks quick, and must be thrilling to wipe your child’s face with the iconic Lamborghini logo staring back at you.

There will only be 500 of these bad boys built worldwide at almost $5,000 a pop, so you better act now before it sells out. In fact, it might be a good idea to double-check if any parents have the Ferrari logo on their child’s stroller to avoid a turf war. That certainly wouldn’t be fun for anyone.
