???? *WE’RE HIRING A META ADS / MEDIA BUYER*

We’re looking for an experienced *Meta Ads / Media Buying Specialist* to join our team and take responsibility for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns.

What you’ll be responsible for:

* Planning, launching, and managing *Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns*

* Monitoring campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics

* Testing and optimizing audiences, creatives, offers, and ad copy

* Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs

* Tracking and reporting campaign results

* Taking ownership of the overall paid media performance

Our ideal candidate:

* Proven experience managing *Meta Ads campaigns*

* Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing

* Comfortable working with budgets and making data-driven decisions

* Able to analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results

* Strong communication and reporting skills

* *Experience working with service-based businesses is highly preferred*

*Especially valuable experience:*

* Previous experience working with a *law firm*, particularly a *US-based law firm*

* OR experience running ads for service businesses such as *plumbing, carpentry, home services, construction, remodeling, HVAC, etc.*

* Experience targeting customers in the *US market* is a major plus
