Seeking a seasoned professional, the full-time remote Account Director or Senior Account Director will drive high-impact storytelling, manage account profitability, and mentor junior PR talent while providing strategic counsel to senior client executives. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted lead for high-profile accounts, developing long-term PR plans aligned with client business objectives Manage account health, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize team utilization Directly manage and inspire team members, establishing professional goals and delivering targeted training Required qualifications For Account Director: 7+ years of PR and marketing experience with significant corporate communications experience For Senior Account Director: 10-12+ years of agency or in-house communications marketing experience with global account management experience preferred At least two years of experience as a strategic account lead for multiple complex clients Deep experience in the Enterprise Tech sector with the ability to translate technical capabilities to a broad audience A proven track record of securing Tier-1 national business and industry trade media opportunities
