Driving strategic growth in the manufacturing sector, the full-time remote Microsoft Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for multi-million-dollar transformation programs, engage with C-level executives, and develop industry-specific strategies while leveraging the Microsoft services portfolio. Key responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for multi-million-dollar Microsoft transformation programs and engage senior decision-makers to shape strategic roadmaps Diagnose client challenges and align service solutions across various Microsoft offerings, leading consultative workshops and ROI modeling Drive new business through executive networking and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools Required qualifications Minimum 7 years in consultative midmarket and enterprise sales with experience closing complex deals of $1M and above Proven success in selling Microsoft suite solutions or Tier 1 ERP/Cloud platforms Expertise in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing senior leadership Strong understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and digital transformation challenges Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs and partner ecosystem is a plus
