Ai Strategy Consultant
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Strategy Consultant will lead client transformations through AI adoption, serving as a strategic quarterback for engagements while building trusted advisor relationships with leadership teams. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end client transformations from initial alignment to organization-wide rollout and sustained adoption Serve as the strategic quarterback for complex, multi-month client engagements, combining consulting, coaching, and project management Guide change management efforts to address the human side of AI adoption, fostering psychological safety and sustainable behavioral change Required qualifications Deep understanding of organizational change management related to AI transformation Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with senior executives and stakeholders Strong business acumen connecting AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes Hands-on fluency with AI tools and their practical applications across business functions Natural coaching ability and passion for developing others in a fast-moving startup environment
