Leading the charge in AI innovation, the full-time salaried AI Strategy Vice President will define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy, focusing on generative AI, predictive analytics, and AI-native product development, while managing a high-performing technical team in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with executives to define IDC's multi-year AI roadmap and vision Architect and oversee the AI platform and infrastructure for scalability and security Recruit and develop a world-class AI team, ensuring alignment with business goals Required qualifications PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering, with 3 years in senior roles Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products that drive business impact Deep expertise in modern AI technologies, including generative AI and agentic systems Strong engineering foundation in Python, SQL, and cloud ML platforms
