Analytics And Decision Support Manager
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Analytics and Decision Support Manager will oversee enterprise analytics, data science, and business decision support, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and managing the analytical agenda. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop two Team Leads and four Analysts, ensuring quality standards and accountability Translate business questions into statistical analyses, predictive models, and actionable recommendations Establish consistent metric definitions and improve data quality while partnering with data engineering and business teams Required Qualifications Twelve or more years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, including five years in a leadership role Demonstrated success in building and improving analytics functions that influence business decisions Strong hands-on capability with SQL and Python or equivalent analytical tools Exceptional skills in framing business questions and communicating findings to senior executives Experience in developing predictive models and defining enterprise metrics
