Any Vet Indie Devs Got Good Advice For Hiring Trustworthy Co-devs?

I am working on my own Open World RPG that will be the face of Roblox, mark my words.
I’m struggling with building a team of trustworthy people.
You can’t hire family in any business because they try to take advantage of being family.
Friends do the same and expect to be paid for showing up late doing the bare minimum of what you asked for. Yea, your bro that you’ve known for a decade now is DEF gonna be lazy
Strangers are out of the question, they can easily scam you online.
Especially they can steal ideas that aren’t yet trademarked, which can be a big issue because how will you know if someone is really interested in being a loyal co-dev? Nobody’s gonna work on a game they don’t know anything about, so how can I tell the difference between a scammer and someone who’s willing to help loyally, while demanding game info? Especially when you don’t know when you’ll get the chance to meet someone else willing to help.
Sorry to yap, All that takes me to my question, what is the most easy EFFICIENT way I to find hungry devs who are passionate about shaping the future of gaming, someone who I know I can trust not to steal my ideas or abandon the team in the middle of development?
I’m looking for answers preferably from VETERAN DEVELOPERS ONLY, anyone willing to help, much appreciated.
