Beatles Hosting First Fan Event At Apple Hq
Apple Corps Ltd. is opening the doors of one of the most storied addresses in music history for the first official Beatles fan experience, launching at 3 Savile Row in London in 2027.
The Mayfair building, long associated with Apple Corps’ early operations, served as the studio location for a portion of the Let It Be album and film. It’s also the site of the Beatles’ final public performance on the building’s rooftop on Jan. 30, 1969, which was chronicled in great detail during Peter Jackson’s 2021 film Get Back. The Beatles at 3 Saville Row will transform the space into a seven-floor, immersive destination featuring archival material, rotating exhibitions, a retail space and a reconstruction of the original recording studio.

Visitors will also be able to stand on the rooftop where the iconic performance took place, with the site preserved to reflect its 1969 configuration. Apple Corps CEO Tom Greene said the project returns the company “to its spiritual home,” adding that fans who have long photographed the exterior will now be able to explore the full building, including the rooftop where “the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.”
“There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop,” enthuses Paul McCartney. “The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.” Adds Ringo Starr, “wow. It’s like coming home.”
It’s a full-circle moment for Apple Corps, which has overseen the Beatles’ creative and business legacy since 1968. The company is now run by Tom Greene, who is only the third CEO in its history. Further details on The Beatles at 3 Savile Row — along with a second fan experience currently in development — will be announced in the coming months.
As previously reported, Sony Pictures is producing four individual biopics devoted to each Beatles member, which will be released in April 2028. Harris Dickenson, Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn and Barry Keoghan will portray John Lennon, McCartney, George Harrison and Starr, respectively.
