Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Cardiometabolic Therapeutics will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and governance-minded support to advance Healthcare Shares' mission of improving healthcare through entrepreneurship in a flexible remote role. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including clinical care, digital health, and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
