Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors for IPO Readiness will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while working remotely to support the growth of Healthcare Shares' venture capital and entrepreneurship initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and healthcare operations Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
