Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Healthcare Capitation will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and governance-minded support remotely to enhance Healthcare Shares' venture capital and entrepreneurship initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and support for founders Contribute leadership insights across various healthcare sectors, including digital health and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
