Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Risk-Based Care Strategy will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while working remotely to support healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support Participate in periodic board discussions, contributing recommendations based on professional expertise Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
