Board Member - Social Impact
Offering a flexible, remote part-time opportunity, the Member of the Board of Advisors - Social Impact Entrepreneurship will provide strategic guidance and industry insight to support the growth and direction of Healthcare Shares' venture capital and entrepreneurship initiatives in healthcare. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and investment focus Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, supporting ecosystem and portfolio development Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for advisory activities
