California Licensed Mortgage Lending Manager
Leading the real estate lending function, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Lending Manager will oversee the entire lending lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and closing, while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone. Key responsibilities Oversee the full real estate lending lifecycle from origination through to secondary market delivery Manage first mortgage and home equity lending operations and establish correspondent and wholesale relationships Lead, coach, and mentor real estate lending staff while monitoring department KPIs and production goals Required qualifications 5-10 years of progressively responsible real estate lending experience Broad experience across mortgage origination, underwriting, operations, and secondary market execution Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Must be located on the West Coast / Pacific Time Zone and able to work Pacific Time business hours
