Seeking a full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the development and launch of a new home care operating platform, focusing on defining the business model, launching initial markets, and building operational infrastructure, with the opportunity to work remotely or from NYC. Key responsibilities Define Newco's vision and business model, translating insights into an operating model and growth strategy Lead market launches by developing partnerships, operations, and a go-to-market playbook Design the operational infrastructure to deliver exceptional care and create a scalable organization Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in home care or senior care Proven track record as a builder in ambiguous environments, creating structure from scratch Experience launching new markets or healthcare services and developing scalable operating playbooks Strong understanding of the home care ecosystem, including regulatory and operational realities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to recruit exceptional talent and build a strong company culture
