Connectivity Coordinator

Supporting the technical onboarding and ongoing connectivity management of Home Management Companies, the full-time FLEX Connectivity Coordinator will manage an average of 15 projects per month, resolve connectivity issues, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure successful listings on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform. Key responsibilities Serve as a connectivity subject matter expert and maintain accurate internal knowledge resources for Connectivity Providers Manage the technical onboarding process for Home Management Companies, ensuring compliance with platform requirements Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and coordinate timely issue resolution with internal and external teams Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree in a related field with 1 year of experience Experience in a business-facing role with significant interaction with technical teams is preferred Project management and organizational skills with a service mindset Demonstrated ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
