Driving strategic initiatives and client engagement, the full-time remote Consult Partner - SLED (Michigan/Ohio) will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex consulting engagements, and cultivate relationships with C-suite clients in the public sector to achieve profitable growth. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to state and local government clients, guiding them through technology and operational challenges Drive financial outcomes by managing business development opportunities and ensuring sustained growth and profitability Lead the design and oversight of complex engagements, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction Required qualifications Experience in a sales role with SLED organizations and understanding of government budget cycles Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or public sector environments Deep understanding of government procurement regulations and public contracting law Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins Ability to build relationships with senior executives and navigate public sector procurement processes
