Council Facilitator
To support operational synchronization within a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Council Facilitator will manage high-level project coordination across multiple executive and physician leadership bodies remotely, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage operational synchronization and project coordination across interconnected leadership councils Map dependencies, track milestones, and maintain continuity to ensure organizational agility Serve as a strategic liaison between the Operations Advisory Steering Council and supporting councils Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a closely related field; Master's preferred 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or health system governance structures Proven experience partnering with Physician Leaders and Senior Executives in matrixed healthcare environments Advanced proficiency in enterprise project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-ready presentations and reports
