Data Analyst
To enhance operational excellence, the full-time remote Data Analyst will leverage performance data to identify fulfillment quality gaps, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional insights within the Platform Excellence Operations Analytics team. Key responsibilities Proactively monitor and resolve retailer performance issues while building dashboards for simplified problem diagnosis Analyze large datasets related to Retailer Fulfillment Quality to derive actionable business insights and reduce quality issues Create and present insights decks to cross-functional stakeholders, framing findings as clear narratives backed by data Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in a data analytics-related role such as business intelligence or data science Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis Strong ability to aggregate and synthesize large datasets with a deep understanding of fulfillment metrics Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for effective communication of insights Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and propose new ideas
