Director Of Business Operations
Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving strategic initiatives, aligning the executive team, and enhancing business operations across multiple departments. Key responsibilities Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and support executive communications Facilitate executive meetings and ensure clear action plans are developed from decisions made Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and execution across the organization Required qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategy Experience working directly with senior executives in a high-growth technology company Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus
