Director Of Delivery Management
Overseeing the CA&I portfolio, the full-time Director of Delivery Management will manage practice operations and strategic business development for enterprise infrastructure delivery, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and effective people leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for infrastructure service lines, including network and data center operations Interface with client senior executives to generate additional business and ensure client satisfaction targets are met Manage and develop leaders within the practice, focusing on training, performance, and career pathing Required qualifications 10+ years of professional services experience in global IT managed services Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure service lines within a managed services model Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience U.S. citizenship required for security clearance Industry certifications and experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) preferred
