Director Of Enterprise Programs
To expand strategic partnerships and drive enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Programs will engage senior executives in the Southeast territory to identify workforce development needs and align them with Cornell University's online education offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a robust enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory Engage Fortune 1000 organizations to uncover workforce development needs and design customized learning solutions Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful account strategies and achieve revenue goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales environment, particularly in leadership development or eLearning solutions Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives Experience using Salesforce CRM and other productivity tools Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and results orientation
