Director Of Enterprise Programs
To expand strategic partnerships and drive enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Programs will engage senior executives from Fortune 1000 organizations, develop a robust sales pipeline, and create customized learning solutions aligned with workforce development needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a robust enterprise sales pipeline across an assigned territory Conduct executive-level discovery conversations to uncover workforce development and talent needs Design customized learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives and present to C-suite audiences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field Demonstrated record of success in a quota-carrying, goal-oriented sales environment Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, or professional services solutions Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite executives Experience using Salesforce CRM and productivity tools
