To support a rapidly growing law firm, the full-time remote Director of Law Firm Analytics will lead the development and execution of analytics strategies, partner with senior leaders to enhance business performance through data-driven insights, and manage a team of analysts to drive operational efficiency and predictive capabilities. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the Law Firm Analytics roadmap aligned with operational and strategic objectives Serve as a strategic analytics partner to operational leaders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations Develop forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities to identify emerging opportunities and risks Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, data science, or operations analytics with proven leadership progression Experience leading and mentoring analytics professionals Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python/R Ability to influence senior executives with data-driven insights Exceptional understanding of analytical methodologies, including performance measurement and predictive modeling
