Director Of Product
Leading the product function through its next major growth phase, the full-time remote Director of Product will define and champion the global product strategy, mentor team members, and ensure alignment on priorities while driving product initiatives that deliver customer and business value. Key responsibilities Define and own the global product strategy and macro-level roadmap in partnership with the C-suite Document and communicate the product vision and strategy to improve clarity and alignment across teams Mentor and develop Product Managers and Designers, fostering career growth and team performance Required qualifications Experience as Head of Product, Director of Product, or VP of Product in a comparable scale-up environment Proven track record in building and managing technical Enterprise products, particularly in AI or automation Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in aligning senior leaders across Engineering and Commercial functions Experience with products powered by in-house developed ML/AI technology Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences
