Leading a team of Psychiatry Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Psychiatry Accounts will oversee skill development, execute business strategies, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and market share growth in institutional settings. Key responsibilities Manage the development and execution of skill development plans for senior managers and their teams Develop and implement annual business plans to increase sales volume and market share within key accounts Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective execution of priorities and enhance organizational culture goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Advanced analytical and coaching skills with direct people leadership experience In-depth experience with large accounts and matrix teams strongly preferred Ability to analyze complex business environments and develop strategic plans Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting the business
