Does Anyone Have A Business Like This And Is Successful? I Will Not Promote.
This is not a promotion because I’m not even ready to sell it yet. I want to see what input from relevant sources have to say about the idea.
Elevator pitch:
“I help solo and small team home service businesses that are busy but not making enough profit.
Most are doing more work without paying themselves enough, and if nothing changes the business either stalls or leads them to burnout.
I work with you to track and understand your numbers so you can see exactly where profit is being lost and what to change to improve margins and free up your time.
Once it is set up, it only takes a few minutes each week to update, so it does not add extra workload.”
This was something I built for myself when I did window cleaning and it was very helpful. I understand I’m not selling data analysis but selling the solution to the paint point of being too busy and not making money. Any advice on this idea?
**Update: I’m noticing a lot of non-business owners giving their negative biases. So if you own a business, that’s the advice I’m looking for.**
