Engagement Manager
Owning the full client lifecycle post-sale, the full-time Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, run end-to-end research engagements, and translate insights from Pogo's AI-powered platform to drive business decisions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion for clients to ensure fast time-to-value Conduct end-to-end research engagements, including scoping studies and debriefing insights with client executives Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for renewals and revenue growth while channeling client feedback to internal teams Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similar client-facing role Experience with primary consumer research, either qualitative or quantitative, is a bonus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to earn credibility with senior stakeholders Curiosity about consumer behavior and a passion for insights work
