Executive Recruiter
Managing the full lifecycle of executive searches, the full-time Executive Recruiter will design and execute recruitment strategies to align candidate expectations with organizational needs while working remotely within 50 miles of a Catalent site. Key responsibilities: Partner with HR leaders and executive hiring managers to define staffing strategies and ensure accurate job descriptions Source and engage candidates through various channels, including active and passive talent strategies Provide consultative guidance to senior executives on market insights and talent trends to influence hiring decisions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 8+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment 5+ years of executive-level recruiting experience Proven ability to partner with and coach senior executives on market insights and compensation Demonstrated success in building and executing advanced sourcing strategies
