Generali Partners With Swiss Life Global Solutions

Generali has entered a long-term partnership with Swiss Life Global Solutions and agreed to acquire Swiss Life Network, combining it with Generali Employee Benefits to create what the companies describe as the world’s largest employee benefits network. The combined platform will manage more than €3 billion in premiums and expand capabilities across protection, pensions, multinational pooling, and reinsurance solutions for multinational clients.

The new network will operate under Generali Care and be led by Ludovic Bayard, with commercial leadership shared by executives from both organizations to support integration and client continuity.
