Seeking a full-time remote Group Product Manager, the successful candidate will champion product excellence by mentoring other Product Managers and driving the strategy and execution of the Advanced Ads platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer impact. Key responsibilities Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their product craft and strategic thinking Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, focusing on monetization strategy and customer lifetime value Lead continuous product discovery to identify and validate user pain points, ensuring features are successfully adopted and commercialized Required qualifications 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem is highly desirable Practical experience with modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Models Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product health metrics Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders
