Growth Product Manager
Seeking a full-time remote Growth Product Manager who will manage the deployment of AI systems across portfolio companies, collaborating with founders to identify business needs and drive growth through innovative solutions. Key responsibilities Package and deploy AI systems for new companies, integrating them with existing tools and workflows Collaborate with portfolio CEOs to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and revenue generation Build and iterate on prototypes based on customer feedback and performance metrics Required qualifications Experience in growth or product roles within lean teams, with a track record of running successful campaigns or experiments Proven ability to build and implement AI systems that address business challenges Familiarity with coding and AI tools, showcasing a systems-thinking approach Experience working in startups or small teams, preferably in direct-to-consumer or consumer sectors Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas simply to non-technical stakeholders
