Guardian Expands Employee Vision Benefits With Xp Health
Guardian has partnered with digital vision benefits provider XP Health to add a new vision care option to its employee benefits ecosystem.
The collaboration gives employers access to XP Health’s digital-first vision platform, which includes virtual and at-home frame try-ons, online prescription renewals, and scheduling tools for routine eye exams. Members also gain access to discounted brand-name frames, annual allowances for glasses and contact lenses, and doctor-recommended lens coatings at no additional cost.
The partnership expands Guardian’s portfolio of digital well-being offerings, which also includes family-building support through Carrot, caregiving support through Wellthy, cancer support services through Osara, and wellness content from Peloton.
XP Health currently serves more than 500,000 members across 3,500 business customers, including Fortune 500 companies and health plans. Guardian’s XP Health offering is available in 26 states, with additional expansion planned over time.
