Owning the communications function end-to-end, the full-time Head of Communications will develop and execute Morpho's communications strategy, enhancing its recognition across fintech and traditional finance while managing media relationships and crisis communications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own Morpho's communications strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives across various channels Build recognition beyond crypto through thought leadership and strategic writing, targeting fintech and financial media Shape communications with partners and investors to advance go-to-market priorities and manage reputational risks Required qualifications Proven experience leading a full communications function in a scaled fintech or high-growth technology company Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly Experience in regulatory and crisis communications, managing sensitive issues and public criticism Strong business acumen, capable of translating complex business models into effective communications Ability to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and execution speed while maintaining quality
