Healthcare Managing Director
Driving strategic growth and successful client outcomes, the full-time Healthcare Managing Director will lead complex Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM pursuits remotely, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transformation lifecycle. Key responsibilities Lead complex Oracle Healthcare pursuits, including RFP responses, solution strategy, and commercial negotiations Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle Provide strategic oversight for large-scale healthcare transformation programs and ensure successful client outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 15+ years of Oracle experience with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM solutions Proven success in leading Oracle Cloud transformation programs within healthcare provider organizations Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and program management Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and senior stakeholders
