Home Infusion Equipment Manager

Overseeing the comprehensive management of infusion pump inventory, the full-time Home Infusion & Ambulatory Equipment Manager will ensure the availability, compliance, and efficient utilization of over 2,000 units while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational performance. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end inventory of infusion pumps, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization Analyze performance data to inform purchasing decisions and improve turnaround times Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, home infusion, DME, logistics, or inventory management Experience managing large-scale inventory or equipment fleets is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
