I Bought An Abandoned Church For $45k & Spent $194k Making It A Home
Whitney Anderson, 45, bought an 128-year-old abandoned church in Michigan and turned it into her home. She purchased it in June 2024 for $45,000 and she estimates she has spent about $194,000 on the renovation so far. Anderson hopes to be finished with the bulk of the renovation by the end of 2028.
