I Need A Job But I Lowkey Have Ptsd From Previous Jobs?

PSA: A small rant

I don’t know if this is just my luck but I have been working in content creation and social media for 6 years and I always end up becoming a one person marketing team where I have to do everything and the boss who knows nothing abt comms is NEVER SATISFIED, is disrespectful, belittles me and makes me feel small.

And the cycle continues, each time I start a new job, the expectations are HUGE.

I don’t know if im just very bad at my job or is this a marketing thing?

Now I have been out of a job for a year and I desperatly need a new job but when i am applying i feel like throwing up ????????

I just hate it now? I hate AI, I hate chatgpt I hate content creation meta business suite gives me the ick seo gives me the ick copywriting and thinking of new ideas gives me the ick?!??

l know you will say you have to change your job but I cant now in any capacity because I’m an immigrant and I'm in a really precarious situation but I’m planning to do so in 3 /5 years hopefully!

I don’t know what I am asking really xd I am just venting

Note: the only job I ever enjoyed was as an account manager in an agency for four months where my boss was amazing and the projects were good and it was the only time i felt respected but I had to leave because my immigration papers were ready.
