I Need A Marketing Campaign, Website, And All Of The Things.

I am launching a consulting business. I have a handful of competitors and their websites are horrible; they look like they were designed in 1988. I only need a 1-page website and will keep it very simple. My target market is certain types of contractors who aren't going to spend a lot of time clicking on tabs and reading walls of text.

Are small companies these days successfully using AI to create marketing campaigns and are there any tools you would recommend? Or is it still worth it to hire freelancers to help me build something? What kind of people do I need (job titles)? Should I try to find students who are trying to build their portfolios?

This is a very specific niche I am trying to reach. General things like FB ads and X posts are not going to get me where I want to go. I think a lot of business will come from referrals. But I do have some ideas for short videos and building a list, if that's even a thing anymore? Do people still subscribe to email lists or should I focus on building subscribers on YouTube?
