Innovation Specialist
Supporting GIC initiatives, the full-time remote Innovation Specialist will collaborate with ecosystem partners to design and execute innovation projects, evaluate technologies, and contribute to business model innovation in the eye care and eyewear sectors. Key responsibilities Assist in the design and execution of projects exploring and scaling concepts in assigned domain areas Contribute to technology evaluation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept activities Develop and pitch new project ideas while collaborating with internal and external partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, Research & Development, or Product Design Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology is preferred Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience working in creative cultures, preferably in consulting or large corporate environments
